Pure Sport UK work in partnership with Droitwich Spa Boys and Girls FC to provide a professional structured coaching program. Age Group managers and players work with Pure Sport UK to tailor structured coaching for all age groups of the club from U6 development teams through to U15 age groups.
Pure Sport UK incorporates a four cornered learning approach - Technical, Tactical, Psychological, and Social. This provides each player with individual and group skills to develop. Along with individual development, managers and coaches work with Pure Sport UK to develop sessions and practice points for their teams and group in tactical and team play.
