I have had the pleasure of training the Dragons since they were 6 years old. They entered the Stouport League Division 1 in the u9s age group. The league is a very competitive league and the Dragons have always performed well finishing in the top half. We have also competed in numerous local tournaments often finishing runners up and recently winning the Wythall Juniors tournament.
We are very proud that we have very supportive parents and well behaved players and have been recognised for this by being awarded 3 fair play awards in the last 3 years(The first Droitwich Spa boys team to win the Stourport & District fair play award since founded)
We have rewarded the players by taking them on tour for the last 4 years. We have competed in National Tournaments playing against some very strong teams from all around the country. We have finished third twice, runner up once and this year finally became champions.
I believe our success on and off the pitch is due to dedication to training and strong team spirit
